Multi-guest company sign-in. One sign-in flow for a whole group, with a name captured for every visitor.
Mandatory health & safety acknowledgement. Every visitor confirms they've read the site rules before they can sign in.
Host picked by name. Guests find their host from the staff list, and that host gets emailed automatically.
Private self sign-out. Visitors type their own name to sign out. They never see who else is on site.
Live on-site list and visit log. Reception sees exactly who is on site right now, and a full history of past visits.
Evacuation-ready. A single list of everyone on site, ready the moment an alarm sounds.

Visitor pairs with Clock on the same tablet fleet at the door. Together, visitors and staff make up the full evacuation list.
